The Brockton Area Private Industry Council, Inc. (BAPIC) is a non-profit agency that provides workforce development services in the Brockton Workforce Investment Area to assist at-risk youth and adults in acquiring skills that will enable them to be productive members of the labor force and attain economic self-sufficiency. While delivering a comprehensive array of education and employability services, we strive to strengthen overall personal development through extensive support services that address the needs of individuals, families, and the community as a whole.
