RISE Youth Opportunity Center. The RISE Center creates opportunities for Brockton Youth to Reach

Empowerment
while becoming valued members of their community. The one-stop youth center in downtown Brockton provides young people with education, training, employment, support services, and recreation. Every participant is connected with a Youth Advocate and team of youth specialists who provide individual support and consistent guidance in order to enable each youth to achieve his or her goals.
