At BAPIC, education, training, employment opportunities, community service, leadership development, and job placement services all come together to support the needs of Brockton’s youth and adults seeking to enter the workforce.
BAPIC’s education and training programs target youth and adults who require academic remediation and employability skills in order to transition into the workforce. Placement interviews are used to match the academic, social, and workforce needs of this diverse population with tailored programs that include small class sizes, individualized attention, and interactive group lessons.
We assess each individual’s academic strengths and weaknesses and create relevant and engaging courses that help participants earn their high school diploma or GED, or transitions to higher education.
“BAPIC prepares workers with the skills needed to meet the challenges of a job. As an employer in downtown Brockton, I’ve relied on BAPIC to help full my employment needs.”
